1. NOA (Notice of Assessment) or T4 or Proof of income statement (form C-printout) for the latest tax year
2. Minimum 3 months of bank statements
3. Recent two pay stubs
4. Employment letter that includes job start date, position, salary and signed on a company letter head by company official with contact details of the person signing the letter
