Consultation fees are non-refundable, as time and professional expertise are reserved and delivered upon completion of the consultation.
Immigration service fees are governed by the written service agreement signed with the client. Fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable. Any potential partial refunds (if applicable) will be assessed strictly in accordance with the service agreement and applicable regulations.
Government processing fees, biometrics fees or third-party charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to external authorities.
Refunds are not issued based on application refusals, delays or unfavourable decisions as outcomes are determined solely by relevant immigration authorities.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
